Our Cheshire Office is pleased to welcome Jeffery Hardin, LCSW, a Connecticut Licensed Clinical Social Worker, to our Cheshire Office team in 2021 as a “Child, Adolescent, Adult, & Family Therapist”. He is also a Practice Covering Clinician.
Jeff Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology was awarded by Wesleyan University. He earned his Masters’ Degree in Social Work at Southern Connecticut State University, where his internships included Clifford Beers Clinic. He provided individual, group, and family services to 5-16 year old clients and at Wilbur Cross High School, providing individual counseling, crisis-intervention, and educational advocacy with 14-17 year old pupils.
As a School Social Worker for the Hartford Public Schools, Hardin delivered weekly individual and group therapy to SPED, 504, and regular education students and provided crisis intervention and risk assessment services to diverse student populations aged 9-18. For RISE Academy in the Hartford Schools, he coordinated all clinical aspects of a small, therapeutic special education program for emotionally disturbed, ADHD, and learning-disabled students aged 14-21. At The Learning Clinic in Brooklyn, CT, Jeff provided crisis intervention and risk assessment services to diverse student populations aged 9-18.
